INVESTMENT
A lifetime of memories shouldn’t be a hard choice. We made it easy to see our option and any additional add-ons. We have just a single option with the ability to add-on services as well. We are also happy to work together with you to create a custom package to fit your wedding and budget needs, and a pre wedding consultation can help determine your best options. You can always change your selection after booking but it is subject to changes in price.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due on booking, and the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to the event. More information on the process can be found towards the bottom of this page.
THE PROCESS
Initial Contact
You are most likely looking at this page because you have interest in booking us for your wedding day and you are (hopefully) impressed with our work. Take your time to look at the different films and ask us any questions you may have
Package Selection
Once you know what you want, send an email to contact@postcardsoftwo.com and if you wanted any questions answered over the phone we can set that up. Afterwards you will receive a link to an online contract you can review and sign. The wedding date is not reserved until a 25% deposit is received. An invoice is sent immediately after the signing of the contract. After that you are all set!
Pre-Wedding
We typically get in touch again about 2-4 weeks before your wedding to discuss final details. Some things we may try to get a hold of include schedule of events, the addresses for the venues, and the names and numbers of various vendors and participants such as the DJ, decorator, officiant, and so on. We want to make sure that we will work as fluidly as possible to film your day perfectly! We give you as much advice as we can in order to make the photographs and film look as best as possible.
Wedding Day
It’s your wedding day. Something you have been planning for a long time, and you want it to be perfect. Our mission on your wedding day is to focus on the positives of your wedding and be as courteous as possible to you, your guests, and the vendors while at the same time making sure we get the footage we need to make your film amazing! Most people say we are easy going, fun to work with, and professional. We won’t leave without saying good-bye and congratulating you on your marriage.
Post-Wedding
Following your wedding, we get to work, backing up all the footage, sorting the shots and taking notes on the events of the day, toasts, vows, etc. Depending on the backlog it may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your film. Once the film is complete we go though an approval process to make sure you love every little bit of the film. We then create a personal wedding page allowing you to view and download your wedding film anywhere in the world.
OUR PACKAGE
8 Hours Coverage / 1 Cinematographer / Consultation / Client Site
This edit is what you have most likely seen on our website and Vimeo and it’s just like the one above on this page. It includes coverage for 8 hours with 1 cinematographer. I will go through all the footage I shot on your wedding day and pick out the best moments, words, and put it together into a 4-6 minute cinematic film. Any additional add-ons include more cinematographers to help cover your day and additional hours in case you wanted coverage for an extended amount of time.
